Winnie Superette is pleased to present It Never Ends, a showcase of new drawings and paintings from Northern California-based artist and graphic designer Jon Hioki.

These collected works from 2021 to the present feature his newly explored “tangle” motif. The tangles, one continuous line intertwined and weaved into itself, have come to represent the artist’s mental state. Hioki equates these tangles as maps of mental stresses, intrusive and repetitive thoughts, and the circular nature of all things.
